VARAN-Bus
For control task solutions, SIGMATEK uses the Ethernet-based,
hard real time capable VARAN bus working with the client-manager
principle. Optimized for use in machine building, the VARAN
bus meets all the requirements of an industry network.
High speed, short cycle times, minimum synchronicity jitter
and best data security are among the highlights. SIGMATEK
offers VARAN managers as well as VARAN clients: insert cards
for PC, IPCs and CPUs with integrated visualization, I/O
and splitter modules, drive technology and client boards
for simple integration in peripheral modules are available.
The independent VARAN
BUS USER ORGANIZATION abbreviated VNO (for VARAN-BUS-NUTZERORGANISATION)
offers a platform for communication and cooperation for all
interested groups. Controls manufacturers, sensor/actuator
and connector vendors as well as users from the machine building
industry are all using this opportunity to actively participate
in the design. The VNO retains all rights for the VARAN bus
and continues development, research and standardization.
