Servo Motors
SIGMATEK motors are permanently energized,
brushless synchronous motors and are designed for highly dynamic applications.
They offer high performance density,
optimal overload capability and rotation dynamics in a compact design.
Two different type series are available: Synchronous servo
motors from the SDT series and segmented pole motors from
the SDH series. All motors are equipped with 3-phase, 6 or
10 pin windings and rare earth magnets (NdFeBo). With a high
peak torque of up to 120 Nm, a low rotor idling torque and
a nominal torque of 0.18 to 30 Nm, they are important components
of exact motion control applications.
In the standard configuration, the motors are equipped with
smooth wave, IP64 protection, a 2-pin resolver as well as
sensors in the stator windings to monitor the temperature.
Additional features such as a fit-in key, various sensor
systems, holding brakes, secondary cooling as well as a rotable
connector and UL-complying configuration are optionally available.
